- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Alliance Collection people are not at all helpful. They are condescending, disrespectful and rude. They do not try to work with you, they ask for all kinds of financial information but then don't use that to set up a payment plan that is in any way do able. Marshfield Clinic sent my account to them in spite of the fact that I was making payments. Alliance then told me they were unable to set up a payment plan based on my information but that any payments I made would be applied. Then I'm being threatened with a law suit.
